Extensions? I'd think it would be similar to a woman wearing a pregnant suit...you don't know how to compensate for the extra size unless it got there naturally, so I'd figure that would hurt a bit, too!
And yeah, this strap on thing looked like it would be great, but it doesn't have enough pressure. They say it "fits well during love making" so I guess if I ever find me a man it would be good in bed with him. I don't know.
