that is an interesting question blue, in some cases you can get new "sheeths" that will fit the vibrator, but if it wasn't made that way in the first place, then no, the whole thing is sunk. they do make some little kits where you can buy different sleeves like that so you can change your sensation...
if it was probably falling apart it was probably made from a gel, they don't last as long as something good like silicone, but thats the breaks.
