sorry to hear that things aren't going too well for you these days..
How is Cherie doing now? Are things slowly getting better? I can imagine a whole lot of stress comes along with this situation. I really hope things will be looking up for you and your whole family soon!!

I don't believe having plastic surgery has anything to do with being elected as president or to the senate or something like that. At least I like to believe that, because what the h*ll do looks have to do with your ability to do a good job as a president?
I also think that if you really want to be a president, you should give it a shot. Then you can at least say you tried right? I really fear the thought of thinking when I'm dying, O, I always wanted to do this or that but never got around to doing it, or was afraid to do it. That's why I believe you should try to make all your dreams come true.
Better to regret things you've done than the things you didn't do right?

I haven't read any of Georgette Heyer's novels, but I'm going to see if they have Friday's Child at the library. If you really like a book, then 99% of the times I love it too. Do you have any other books to recommend?
I'm reading Losing Julia by Jonathan Hull now. It's a book about WW1, and though I don't normally like to read about the war (I rather stick my head in the sand an pretend it never happened and read about happy things ) but this is a very good and well written book.
