Merit Badge suggestion

HI!

As I was snooping around for the merit badge to send to a member, I found none that really fit the occasion; or I did not see it.

I wanted one to say how Dedicated the member was. It can be a general 'dedicated' 'dedication' and we can say why in the body of the text for the badge.
