Have you found that nearly everyone who finds out about your pain immediantly has a list of advice for you?
I've gotten several "prescriptions" for exercises and stretches from people, and everynoe seems to know better than my doctors. And it annoys me.
Just now my Grandma came in and we searched for different information things on the internet, trying to find something to help me. But, bla! I won't find anything and it's just upsetting.

The best you can do is to politely listen to people and then forget it, I guess. Maybe.
Just wondering if anyone else has these annoying little problems.
