Well, the migraines are only really bad when I get around things like strobe lights, or look at things that are migraine pink (er- I think that's hot pink), or eat food with nutra-sweet in it (did you know that they sometimes put both nutra-sweet and sugar in the same product?), or go to loud concerts, or that sort of thing. I was stupid in college, though. I figured if I could just grit it out through things like concerts, it'd either stop bothering me or go away. Besides, I was bored. 'Course I've been getting pretty bad headaches for as long as I can remember. (Since I was about ten, for sure. I started downing huge amounts of aspirin at around that age. Then the aspirin stopped working... Grrr. Now I only take an ibuprofen now and then. 'Course, being an unemployed artist type with no children, I have the option of just lying down whenever the pain gets too bad.)
I'm going to try taking up jump roping to improve my coordination and over-all muscle tone. Just wondered if anybody knew of anything else that might be useful.
