Ugh its Monday!
My elbow doesn't want to come to work today. It feels like it has a knot in it everytime I bend my arm. I'll be extra happy when June is over.

Hope everyone is doing well and writing, or having low pain days. I've done mostly journal writing lately.

Walmart is on tap for later today! Shopping! Maybe I'll feel better.
