"A Problem Page For All!"

At the end of last summer I ended a relationship with my ex that lasted about 1 1/2 years. It took me a while to get over but I did. And we are still friends but the other day I got one of those chain survey e-mail thingys. The one where you answer personal questions(Favs and such) from him and I replied with my answer to the questions. Later he e-mailed me saying that he knew half the answers. I told him that I wasn't suprised becuase he knows more about me than almost anyone else. And he replied in two word "I'm Sorry". Now I feel really bad and relize that I still love him(and it's not just one of those teen fling love things it's true love, my first love) and I also know he doesn't love me but from his e-mails(and the fact that he still has my e-mail and uses it in his NEW e-mail) I know that he still has some sort of feelings tword me...enough to feel bad without a reason. I really dont know what to do. Should I ignore the fact that I still love him or should I tell him? And if he does still like me should I go out with him? I'm just very confused and can use all the advice I can get. Thanks!
