HAHA! I luuuved your descriptions of your postal workers Zib. *Wink* I feel sort of guilty asking for stamps other than flags, too, but I hate the flags! They clash with everything and look so stodgy and tacky. I like the purple heart stamps and Mary Cassat (sp?) ones. Micaella always has the most beautiful stamps, of Audrey Hepburn and exotic flowers and Monet. Grand Marais must value beauty in stamps!

Some postal workers, like Kathy in Point Arena, will offer only several kinds of stamps even though I know there's a whole damn drawer of better ones behind the counter! Whenever I ask her for stamps, she says, in a flat, dry, I-hate-this-job voice, "Hearts or flags," and stares at me chewing pink gum slowly.

Silly me. Of course you'd sew your jeans legs together! Bonk me on the head, eh? Haha! *Delight* I can't believe you have an old Singer machine, too! Does anyone in your family like sewing? Do you ever sew anything by hand? I love sewing but I hate cutting out patterns because it's too much logic for my strictly abstract brain! I leave that part to Mum or Pap. tThis summer I want to make myself a long, swirly, turquoise skirt. Wouldn't that be the coolest, most Caitlin thing ever?! If only I had vintage red cowboy boots to go with it. I loooove red and turquoise together!

Hey, how 'bout I just crank you out another letter of just, whatever, questions and writing and my thoughts and stuff? I'm sure it would be acceptable with you! I don't want us to get too far behind in each other's lives (well, we have this forum, but it would suck to go months without writing letters!) so I think I'll write you a letter of sorts this week. Oh...one thing that I really wanted you to see in my letter: I taped several personal ads on one page to show you which ones I liked best and I asked you to cut out ads of guys/girls which appealed to you the most and show them to me. Fun, fun!

I'm glad to have your permission to question you like crazy! I remember I asked quite a lot of questions in my letter, so I'll ask them again in my letter thingy this week.

By the way, have you ever had peanut butter and honey rolled up in a whole-wheat tortilla?! Heavenly!!!

Jimmy is so neat! I love how he loves weather. I guess he knows all about stuff like different clouds, fronts, storms, big words, etc? I love weather, but the science of it kind of goes right over me.

Wow! You have so much to do! Do you usually volunteer at the co-op? People actually work there and get paid, don't they? I asked my co-op friend, Glen, if he volunteers at the Eureka co-op or gets paid and he burst out laughing and asked me where I would ever get the crazy idea that people volunteered to work there. I thought that was funny...but whatever, I'm sure people get paid for working at your co-op. Just a thought.

TELL ME ABOUT CALENDAR GIRLS and LOVE ACTUALLY!

There. I've reminded you. *Smile*
