Ugh, I know, I always speak so formally when I talk or write in Dutch! I don't know how to talk like a regular Dutch person would, because all my books teach stuff like, "Hoe gaat het met u?" and "Pretich kennis met jullie te maken" and all that. It's so boring! That's why I asked you to teach me Dutch slang words and swear words so I don't sound so dorky if I ever go to Holland.
I thought about you all last night and I kept telling Nathan, "She has her test in 4 hours! Cross your fingers!!!" and I couldn't sleep for awhile because i felt like I was with you way over in Amsterdam and was sending strong thoughts your way.
It makes me feel really good when you all remind me that I'm not a horrible person for hanging out with Grant and that it's not my fault he's cute. I should lighten up about it. Nathan has friends who are girls, too!

If you've got an opinion,
why be humble about it?"
