Wel, I'm kinda trying to get a little healthier... I started taking my multi-vitamins again, and since Jan, I've really been trying hard to cook proper meals instead of eatig microwavable meals and tinned soup all the time. And I have a banana and an apple a day, and I make sure I have cereal fro breakfast. I swapped my milk to the non-fat skimmed kind and I'm eating that cool bread which is white, but had all the goodness of brown. (For some reason I just can't eat brown bread and this new stuff is called 'Best of Both' and it tastes okay and is healthier than my previous thick slices of white, airy fat loaf stuff!) And I'm even going to attempt to drink a glass of water a day if I can... I hate the taste of water, but I know it's good for me, so I should try to drink it once in a while. Oh and I switched to herbal tea with a spoonful of honey, instead of white tea with 2 sugars. And I walk to and from my classes and up and down the hills each day, so that in itself in exercise. And I stopped drinking for 3 months, although I've started again now, because it's nearly the end of the year and there's loadsa parties and stuff! But yeah, I'm trying!!!!
