I'm not sure which bit you were referring to...

I totally agree that the system should be expanded to include private reviews. If the GPs sent via replying to a review could be used to influence the reviewer ranking then I'm sure it could work for public and private reviews. Private reviews really do need to be included to give an accurate picture of reviewing on the site.
