Farhana mentioned something along the lines of-if this system is in place, there should be something in place to keep it to public reviews. Or at least, I believe that's what she meant.

However, would rewarding good private reviews in terms of reviewer rank be a bad thing? Any quality review, whether public or private, is quality because of the reviewer vs. whether it's public or not. It would actually be more accurate a system to be able to credit both private and public reviews. I know there are some great reviewers who primarily do private reviews, it would be neat to acknowledge the behind the scenes work they do.
