My favorite books on Menopause.
Here is my list of favorite books in the order I like them:

1. What you doctor may not tell you about Menopause,
by John R. Lee,M.D.

2. Trouble-Free Menopause
Every Woman's Guide to Living a Fit and Healthy Life
by Judy E. Marshel and Linda Konner

3. Natural Choices for Menopause
by Marilyn Glenville,Ph.D

4. Menopausal Years
The Wise Woman Way
by Susun S. Weed

I have tons of other books...but these are the ones I go for first. Find any that you feel are good...please let me know.
