I've noticed since you worked on the mobile upper toolbar, the notification bells haven't been "ringing" accurately. I'll move to a new page, and I'll only see there's something new when I get ready to close the tab and it says (1) or such. Then I go back, refresh the page, don't see anything on top, and have to pop out the left sidebar to see which bell was "rung"
