I've been reading a lot while my knee is recovering. I can finally sit comfortably in a regular chair so my lap top doesn't have to be balanced on the recliner chair arm. The nerve spasms aren't as bad but the shin splints are definitely causing me discomfort as I resume normal life. PT 3 times a week and walking a mile every day is helping me regain mobility in this slow process.
Anyway, I have will have the third entry in a few minutes completed.
