WOOHOO!!! Enter all the newbie stuff you can while you can!  Also, did you do February? I don't have anything down for you for February. Sometimes I forget to hit Save, though. Doh! Nope. I checked. I don't see anything for February. Luckily, I allow catching up (otherwise, I'd have no participants lol). Just check the Previously Highlighted Contests dropnote to see what contests I highlighted for February 2025 (and choose one that is currently open, of course) and use the current prompt -- hopefully that sounds obvious, but I've had a concerning number of people hunt down the old prompt and use that. I mean, some put forth a LOT of effort to hunt down prompts from YEARS ago. DOH! I gave them credit, of course, but I mean... Anyway, just use the current prompt and enter as usual. The big difference is to note that you are making up the month by putting the month and year in the title of your post so this post would have been "The Newbie Poetry Award -- March 2025" if it had been a catchup entry. Let me know if you need help catching up. Wait. I just realized you've been doing catchups. Well, I've already written all that other stuff, so I'm not going to delete it. lol Just smile and nod -- "Yep, that's Schnujo, always trying to be helpful, but not usually as helpful as she means to be." lol Anyway, good job and good luck.  |
