This week's goals are going to be mostly copy-paste from last week. I've had some really good weeks of writing lately but also a lot of inconsistencies, work, vacations, and the kids disrupting my flow. So, I'm going for stability this week, hoping to get some consistency into my writing and reading.
Writing Goals
Write every day: As always, this one sits on the top of the list. I have one more short story that needs editing (unless it's going to be trashed) and then it's probably going to be writing exercises from there (if there's extra time).
Do reading/analysis exercises for my DIY MFA-thingy: I've been missing out on this one for a couple of weeks. It's still not exactly a top priority, but I do hope I can get started on this week.
Do a WYRM review: I dream a bit of getting a bunch of reviews done, but realistically, it's probably only going to be one or two.
Read short stories: Just as last week, I hope to read/listen to a couple of short stories.
Writing Related (sort of) Goals
Get exercise: Another copy. I'm still aiming for two exercise sessions / runs while staying active in the in-between days.
Eat healthy: Another goal I fail continuously. I really need to cut back on snacking if I want to lose some weight, though. So this week, it'll be different! That's at least 50% certain... sigh.
Be active on Codex: Work will likely keep me from participating in the weekly Codex lunch. So, I'm aiming to be active in the forums instead.
Do vocal exercises: Another ongoing goal. Once again, I aim to do the exercises 1-2 times a day.
