I'm going to be honest, and you won't like what I have to say, but I've talked to a number of former WdC people, and one of the things that they agree on is this - you've pretty much given interactives the Red-Headed Stepchild treatment - https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/RedHeadedStepchild What do I mean by this? Well, many folks, myself included, came here because of locating an interactive. We liked to read them, try to navigate the various paths, to see if Jane Smith, who was trapped on an island full of deadly creatures, can manage to survive, maybe get rescued, or if she'll end up as some lion's lunch - it was fun to find out the routes. Problem is, you don't seem to see them like the treasure that they are. I mean, if I got an off-site notification that someone had added to an interactive that I run/add-to, and I clicked on the link from my off-site account while at work, there's a chance that I'll get a "Limit Reached. Please Sign in!" type of thing - that's an annoyance, and a time-waster, if I merely want to take a quick look, and thus think up a response that I'll write when I get off work. Funny thing is, I could close out of the page, and try the link again, and it would work, but that 5-10 seconds of being annoyed ruins the pleasure I would have otherwise had from just being able to read it. Now, don't get me wrong - I understand making it so that folks with Upgraded Memberships are the ones to create/maintain them, but Free and Guest users need to have the chance to actually enjoy them, so that they can decide that it would be even more enjoyable to make them themselves, and thus take the steps needed to getting out the credit/debit card, and thus buy an Upgraded Membership - those fellas feel like they've been getting the stick treatment, and no carrot cake, and thus, don't feel like buying/join, as, to them, the place feels like a Pay-to-Win type of thing, where you can't even stand a chance to have fun with the starting gear. I mean, it's like joining some CoD/TF2/whatever type of game server as a Guest, and all you get is a Pistol with 7 rounds, and two more clips of 7 each, plus a knife, and other weapons are a pain to get to, while the Paid Player with the Premium Package automatically starts off with an M4A1 with thirty rounds, 3 thirty round magazines, a Mossberg shotgun with 8 buckshot-shells, plus 24 more shells, 3 frag grenades, and a Claymore Sword - not a fun match for a casual player, don't you think? In short, interactives need more love, as they are like the gateway to this place. If not for them, I wouldn't have discovered this place. So, might be a good idea to show them some appreciation.
