Is it wise to add an option to Save MB to Draft when the CR countdown is still active?
This happens to me several times when it's time for me to send a Merit Badge to a friend. It's very time consuming when after typing the message and all the formatting made for a particular badge, once on the confirmation page, the system will prompt: Note: 1 badge given to this member within the past 7 days.

Instead of leaving the page and wait for the countdown to expire, I think it's best if there's an option to save it to draft (or some sort of a storage like the review tool, where we can get back at a later time). You may also instruct the system to auto-remove/auto-delete the saved draft when we fail to revisit the draft and send it to the recipient after a certain time.

I know it's our responsibility to keep track of the countdown for CR but I am still hoping that this feature is made available.
