I don't usually post this way but I'm on my phone and this is easier.

Fasting: i personally can't fast health issues. But there was fasting in the Bible and many people do it.

If it is something you do and it works for you then i say do it. Not to the point of making yourself ill of course.

If feel led to fast then do it.
