A Mixed Up Merry-Go-Round
So "Some Smoky RevelationsOpen in new Window. represents a sort of break point for this. This was born from a simple idea: what would happen if Jenny and Chelsea were swapped? But while it's a fun idea I felt it lacked a little something. After all, I think in the end Jenny is the one who gets the short end of the stick because while I think Chelsea, being as cunning as she is, could totally make being Jenny work, Jenny would have a rougher time adjusting to being Chelsea. So I decided to have Will get roped into it for a triangle swap meaning that Will, in effect, has wound up in the best position.

Hopefully it's set up to go off in some interesting directions. Could that moment between Will and Chelsea have actually meant anything or is it simply like what Chelsea said in that she was unused to dealing with male hormones? Of course, "Chelsea" quitting the squad would be a seismic event too. And just how will things proceed now that they've potentially got Kim (the real one) on their side?

I do want to give thanks to Seuzz for helping me refine things and bounce ideas off of him. To be honest, I'm envious of people like him and Nostrum who are able to bang out chapters daily. I know for me it's certainly not easy, even when I feel like I'm on a roll, and I would bet it's not always easy for them either; but they certainly make it look effortless.
