I noticed, when I upload a new story to my profile, and I want to format it properly, every time I edit it and save that it is saved to a separate file in my profile. I had six versions of the same story and had to delete five of them.
Then the same thing happened with another story some time later. This has been going on since October of 2024 - as far as I know.
