Write 750 words a day - (5250 words a week).
Do my Morning Pages each day and ask for guidance.
Do my check ins for Dragon Vale and Habit Heroes.
Do a contest entries for WDC and a short story for The Bradbury.
Do reviews for four poems and four short stories on Deadlines for Writers
Write and post my poem for Deadlines for Writer's - Wednesday this week
Work on various projects - poetry, short story and novel.
Participate in as many writing events as I am able:
Mon. to Fri. 9 am Cre8tive Collection... If I 'm not working.
Tues. 7 pm Cre8tive Collection.
Thurs. 7 pm Cre8tive Collection.
Continue working through Beth Kempton's Substack workshop
Reading:
Goodreads 2025 Reading Challenge: 30 books. Read 6 books so far.

Work:
Be ready to supply each week day. Check job board each evening.
Get some of my online training completed.
Health:
6K steps a day
Meditation
Water - drink at least 1000 ml a day.
Body Groove - 30 day Discover Your Groove program.
No eating after 8 pm.
No screen time after online meditation.
Continue to re-establish my bed time after time for closer to 10:30 pm.
Other:
Take out the Green bin and Blue Recycling bins.
Take an Artist Date.
Getting my Online presence back.
Help mother manage her finances and other things (laundry, meals, etc.) Make her appointments with GP (checkup) and Cardiologist. Get POA stuff to the proper places. Get her to do her activities to have her urine tested and return the samples to the lab.
Figure out what to do for mom's birthday.
