Weekly Goals

This was a stressful week and yesterday was the most challenging. We waited for 2 hours for my sister to be seen by the eye specialist. They were very thorough and did a lot of tests. I could see how bad her sight was in her right eye. There's a new treatment and she will get injections every 3 weeks for about 6 months. We are praying it will help in time.
I'm thinking of writing about this in hopes of educating people on Geographic Atrophy. I need to process this first.
I'm hoping to get back into my writing soon. I have so much work ahead to edit things in my portfolio.
I spend a lot of time reading things to her and being her " second pair of eyes". It's scary to think she could go blind. Very much so. I'm thankful something may help and that the Pope is doing better. I should pray 🙏 🌹 the Rosary again.
