Writing:
Write 750 words a day - I don't think I made my quota this week.
I did my Morning Pages each day and asked for guidance when needed.
I did my check ins for Dragon Vale (a couple of times) and Habit Heroes (most days).
I have yet to do a contest entry for WDC - I am working on a short story but it is not completed... The Bradbury.
I have yet to do reviews for four poems on Deadlines for Writers. I am working on the short story for this due next week.
I have worked on various projects - poetry, short story and novel.
I participated in as many writing events as I was able:
Tues. to Fri. 9 am Cre8tive Collection... I was able to connect on Tuesday and Friday.
Tues. 7 pm Writing Down the Bones Workshop

Continue working through Beth Kempton's Substack workshop - slowly.
Reading:
Goodreads 2025 Reading Challenge: 30 books. Read 5 books so far.
I am doing Rachel's Reading Room Challenge again this year.
Finish homework for Writing down the Bones (due February 18)
Work:
Be ready to supply each week day. I only did one day this week. I was not feeling too good this week.
Get some of my online training completed. None.
Health:
6K steps a day - most days were over 6K
Meditation - most mornings and evenings with Insight Timer (lost my streak on Friday). I did Sahaja Yoga Meditation foot soaks sessions twice this week
Water - All days over 1300 ml
Body Groove - 21 Day Turnaround - completed and began Funky Fit (7 day program)
No eating after 8 pm. Doing okay with this; doing meditation helps
No screen time after 8 pm. Struggle with this as meditation is online.
Continue to re-establish my bed time after time for closer to 10:30 pm. Struggled.
Other:
Take out the Green bin and Blue Recycling bins.

Take an Artist Date. I went downtown Waterloo after work on Thursday to shop in Words Worth Books and then went to Cafe 1842 to read and write. I had a coffee and a blueberry and cream cheese danish.
Getting my Online presence back. Nothing this week.
Help mother manage her finances and other things (laundry, meals, etc.) Make appointment for an ultrasound on her liver

. Make her appointments with GP (checkup) and Cardiologist. Get POA stuff to the proper places. Took her to an appointment on Wednesday.
