Update for the week of February 10 to 16, 2025
Writing:
Write 750 words a day - I have managed to get over 6K.
I did my Morning Pages each day and asked for guidance when needed.
I did my check ins for Dragon Vale (a couple of times) and Habit Heroes (most days).
I did a contest entry for WDC - week 6 - the Writer's Cramp and won; I also entered that short story into The Bradbury - week 7.
I have yet to do reviews for four poems on Deadlines for Writers
I have worked on various projects - poetry, short story and novel.
I participated in as many writing events as I was able:
Tues. to Fri. 9 am Cre8tive Collection... If I 'm not working.
Tues. 7 pm Writing Down the Bones Workshop *Checkg*
Thurs. 7 pm Cre8tive Collection. *Checkg*
Continue working through Beth Kempton's Substack workshop - slowly.
I renewed my Bitdefender for the premium package.

Reading:
Goodreads 2025 Reading Challenge: 30 books. Read 4 books so far.
I am doing Rachel's Reading Room Challenge again this year.
Finish homework for Writing down the Bones (due February 11) *Checkg*

Work:
Be ready to supply each week day. I only did one half day this week. Schools were closed on Thursday for weather.
Get some of my online training completed. None.

Health:
6K steps a day - 5 days over 6K; one of those days was over 12K.
Meditation - most mornings and evenings with Insight Timer and Sahaja Yoga Meditation each night this week - completing the 21 Day session and continuing on my own.
Water - drink at least 1000 ml a day. All days over 1550 ml; most days over 1800 ml.
Body Groove - 21 Day Turnaround - On track
No eating after 8 pm. Doing okay with this; doing meditation helps
No screen time after 8 pm. Struggle with this as meditation is online.
Continue to re-establish my bed time after time for closer to 10:30 pm. Better this week.

Other:
Take out the Garbage, Green bin and Blue Recycling bins. *Checkg*
Take an Artist Date. Tuesday I went to Starbucks to read after shopping around Walmart.
Getting my Online presence back. Nothing this week.
Help mother manage her finances and other things (laundry, meals, etc.) Make another appointment for an ultrasound on her liver. Make her appointments with GP (checkup) and Cardiologist. Get POA stuff to the proper places. Took her to an appointment on Monday. *Checkg*
