The likers not showing upon clicking was a bug and that's now corrected.
I also added the WritingML editor line while I was in there fixing that... but the autocomplete isn't working (where you start typing a tag and it looks to complete that) and I'm not sure why. So for now, it's just the WritingML button line.
The reactions are somewhere buried on the todo list, but unfortunately that's a more complex process which is why it hasn't been done yet. Maybe someday.
