Writing:
Write 750 words a day - I have managed to have some very productive days this week... by Friday I had a low day, but I have managed to get over 5K by Friday. Over 7K by Sunday.
I did my Morning Pages each day and asked for guidance when I needed it.
I did my check ins for Dragon Vale and Habit Heroes.
I did a contest entries for WDC (Week #4) and a short story for The Bradbury (Entry #4 and # 5).
I worked on various projects - poetry, short story and novel.
I got my Found short Story written and edited for Deadlines for Writers and posted it January 29.
I participated in as many writing events as I was able:
Tues. to Fri. 9 am Cre8tive Collection... If I 'm not working. I managed Thursday only
Tues. 7 pm Word Whores - Harlot's Hangout - Cre8tive Collection: Book Club

Reading:
Goodreads 2025 Reading Challenge: 30 books. Read 3 books so far.
I am doing Rachel's Reading Room Challenge again this year.
I read and make notes for pages 130 to 151 of Writing down the Bones (due February 4)
Work:
Be ready to supply each week day. I worked 3 days this week - Tues., Wed. and Friday. It could have been 4, but mom had an appointment.
Get some of my online training completed. No.
Health:
6K steps a day - Good week. I had over 15K on Wednesday.
Meditation - I am up to Day 9 of my 21 Day Sahaja Yoga Meditation challenge.
Water - drink at least 1000 ml a day. All days have been over 1500 ml.
Body Groove - Thrive in '25 - I completed this on Saturday morning. I started the 21 Day Turnaround program on Sunday.
No eating after 8 pm. Did okay with this...
No screen time after 8 pm. I struggle with this, but the meditation in online from 8:45 to 10 pm.
Continue to re-establish my bed time after time for closer to 10:30 pm. A bit of a struggle with week.
Other:
Take out the Garbage, Green bin and Blue Recycling bins.
Take an Artist Date. Tuesday I went to Starbucks to write. Snow also had me going home early on Friday night.
Getting my Online presence back. Nothing this week.
Help mother manage her finances and other things (laundry, meals, etc.) Make another appointment for an ultrasound on her liver. Make her appointments with GP (checkup) and Cardiologist. Get POA stuff to the proper places.
