This is a known issue. Unfortunately, I've not been able to solve it... but fortunately it affects everyone with an equal chance to receive a 2nd at some point in their time here.

One prior attempt to solve it removed everyone's consistency badges and I had to restore from a backup... So I decided to just let it live it's own life. *Wink*
