I feel like I should probably listen to this again one day because there is some valuable advice and learning to live in the now is probably a good idea, assuming you also plan appropriately for the future. (He doesn't say not to plan for the future, only not to worry about the future.) But I didn't love listening to it, so I won't be rushing back to it again.
