Ok the badge is owned by a group in Shadow Prowler-Spreading Love's portfolio, but the port expired and group item is locked due to the expired membership. You are in the group and so the system was still seeing that, even though the group is locked.
I think I've corrected the problem with the "Give It!" showing for you in that case...
