I don’t think you can credit a review twice… I think you would have to just send the reviewer GPs personally… if you need to send them from a group, on the group’s page, you hit “Group Tools” in the top right, then “Group Gift Points” and you will be prompted with a screen that allows sending an individual GPs from the group.
