Hi Kermit. If I understand what you're asking, you should be able to use the same Folder feature window to move a new item to another folder, OR to move an existing item from one folder to a different folder.
Just clicking in the Folder window should present a drop-down option listing all your existing folders. Just select the folder into which you wish your item to be placed. It works the same for new items or already posted items.
