The first response already gave the basic answer but I'll add on anyways.

Most things are allowed on the site as long as the proper rating is followed. For items that you post, it means you need to pick the correct rating for the item. Check out "Content Rating System (CRS)" 

When you post somewhere like a forum or if you find scroll to chat, there are also ratings to consider. Many people will put forums at either E, 13+ or 18+. Just make sure to be aware when posting or you may find the post deleted. Scroll is ASR, so basically no swearing on there, but not many people come to chat.
