Followup:

The "pre" tag now works as it should...

Tag example:

{pre}Testing... Line 1
Testing... Line 2
Testing... Line 3


Testing... Line 6{/pre}


Result:

Testing...  Line 1
                 Testing...  Line 2
       Testing... Line 3 


Testing... Line 6




EDIT TO ADD: It's still doubling in the preview of the message. But I'm going to say that's a rare outside use case that I'm going to ignore for now. This will now work correctly in most legitimate use cases, expect forum previews. *Bigsmile*
