Following up on myself... I checked the code over and it was NOT correctly storing the clear update back to the session.

The previous note about refreshing after still stands... And I'm going to add a note that you need to refresh pages/tabs for the update to get acknowledged by the page(s). But it was NOT correctly updating the Q to the session when it was cleared before. It is now. *Bigsmile*
