Depending on when the account was deleted, unlikely.

As someone who owns 25+ interactives, and has added to many more, I have seen this sort of thing many times. In some years, depending on the setup, the chapter will simply show "Past User" or it will show "Past User XYZ", or whatever the policy of the time was.

In any case, there isn't much that can be done, as it will be Grandfathered in, even when things change.

Otherwise, the person that runs the interactive might be able to delete the chapter, but if there's 10+ chapters tied to it, then those get deleted too, and not everyone wants to do that, unless they are going to delete those too.
