On the home page there is a section called "Recent review requests'

Click on 'More review requests'

Scroll to the bottom

There you will be prompted to enter the ID and a brief description of the item.

READ THE RULES! Max of 2 items, one request per item.

Before submitting, please ensure the rating is appropriate for the item.

And, then hit the 'Add Review request Details' button... and you're set.
