WdC is a wonderful website filled with caring people who encourage each other to love their own craft, while also offering kind suggestions on how to improve any complications within their writing. To find reviewers, you just have to look for them. There are plenty of review request forums throughout the site as well as reviewing groups as mentioned before. Some of them are even listed on this very forum. I am on WdC every day. It is my second home. I’ve learned so much since rejoining the site and have had lovely interactions with almost every single user. But bashing someone else’s group just because it is something that doesn’t align with your views is not the way to seek guidance. If you don’t like something, ignore it. And you have nothing nice to say, it’s usually better to not say anything. Especially on a website where its foundation is built on a sense of community, belonging, and writing. I hope you can find some places on the site where you can get the feedback you’re looking for. |
