Writing:
Write 750 words a day.
Do my Morning Pages each day. Ask for guidance.
Do my check ins for Dragon Vale and Habit Heroes.
I did a contest entries for WDC - one being for week 45 of I Write in 2024
I posted my poem to Deadline for Writers on Wednesday (I posted my short story last Wednesday)
I worked on various projects - poetry, and novel for NaNoWriMo = doing KindaNaNo this year... Participate in as many writing events as I am able:
Mon - Fri. 8:30 am Cre8tive Collection word sprints... if I'm not working. I was able to do all or most of all of the morning sessions.
Tues, Thurs. & Fri. 7 pm Cre8tive Collection word sprints.
Reading:
Goodreads 2024 Reading Challenge: my goal for 35 books. I have read 30 books.
Read Big Magic for Enlivened Book Club.
Read Writing down the Bones - pages 71 - 80 by Tuesday Nov. 19 - I have gotten to page 84.
Work:
Be ready to supply each week day. I worked only a half day this week.
Work on online training. This needs to be done by November 8. Need to get this done! Did the one overdue session, but I still have others to do.
Health:
6K a day - doing poorly at this
Meditation - doing okay at this
Water - drink at least 1000 ml a day. Struggling with this
Body Groove - Groove Into Greatness - None
No eating after 8 pm. Struggling
No screen time after 8 pm. Struggling
Continue to re-establish my bed time after time for closer to 10:30 pm. Not great.
Other:
Take out the Green bin and Blue Recycling bin.
Touch base with the vet
- Shanti is not doing well. We are keeping him comfortable and loved, but their is no telling how long his kidneys will hold up.
Take an Artist Date. Took brunch out at the Seven Shores cafe by myself. Read and wrote.
Continue to work on getting my Online presence back. Continuing to put this on hold, unless urgent
Help mother manage her finances and other things (laundry and making sure she eats) - Make an appointment for an ultrasound on her liver.
