We're half way in the month and time for an update.

NaNoWriMo: I made it to 50k in 13 days and I finished the novel first draft tonight. The first draft is only 57k but that's okay for a young adult contemporary novel. The ending needs work along with many elements throughout the draft, so it will get longer when it's time to rewrite/edit.

I am going to take tomorrow off from novels to catch up on other things. Then I will try to finish Snow and/or Shadow Days.

Had finished I Write but 4 more weeks were added, so that is next on my list as I have 4 entries to do by the end of the year.

Hope everyone is doing well and enjoying the process whether on target or not with goals. Remember, progress is measured in many different parts of the journey, not just with a finish line.
