Here in Australia, we don't use the term "candy".

However, if someone does refer to a "candy bar", it is confectionary without chocolate.

As such, my favourite "candy bar" is probably chupa chup grape chew.

If we're talking chocolate bars, then cherry ripe or mint aero.
