Noticing Newbies

Hi! I'm quite bad at this, sorry :/. I am 17 and live in Switzerland, i don't want to become a professional writer but would love to have a book published or self publish at least once. Currently I am working on writing a fantasy novel. I'm a bit nervous since the last time I wrote something that wasn't fanfic was when I was 12 and that did not go well. (I worked on it for 2 years from 10-12 and wrote a grand total of 10 pages because i kept scratching it and starting new) On the bright side, I'm not on page 10 and it didn't take me 2 years so.. yay for me :). I wont be posting my main story here because it is very early first draft but I want to use this place to post small short stories to practice in certain areas where I am the least comfortable. I'd love to connect and chat with people here!
