Writing.Com doesn't store or have access to your phone number. If you're referring to making a payment, the credit card processor does have a system called "Link" that allows you to store payment info your phone number. If you're on that screen, look it over as there's typically a link that will let you change it. But there's no way to change it with them UNLESS you're on that payment screen.
