Yeah, I am against all AI.

I know some people use it as a tool, and good for them, but I have issues.

My son typed a question into the Bing AI thing for university. The response was ludicrous.

There is a famous clip going around of ChatGPT recommending pregnant women smoke.

Look, AI steals. That is where it ends for me. It is theft. Even non-fiction, it is scraping answers from elsewhere with no recompense.

Now, having said that, I have been making some money converting AI produced rubbish into real English and fact-checking AI produced "facts". Oh, and going over things edited by Grammarly and correcting Grammarly's appalling mistakes. It is costing companies more to use AI at the moment because they need freelancers like me (and we are not cheap) to make sense of what is being produced.

I still think things were better with the technology we had in the late 90s/early 2000s. Now we are reliant on a technology that produces crap.
