Remember, sometimes the Back button helps recover work. It can go back quite a ways. I would know. lol

Also, there was another button or series of button I'd learned about via the internet like a year or so ago, but now I've forgotten about them or what they even do. Yeah, super helpful, I know. But the Back button can sometimes help, depending on the situation!

And if you are using a pop-out window with no Back arrow, click the box in the upper left corner and a menu will appear. Back is listed there. If you don't see it, you might not be at the very top left corner because below that is a spot you can also click, but you get a different menu.

In any event, I'm so sorry you lost your work! That super sucks!!!
