Nothing wrong with contemplating elements that will be covered with later assignments. I've already thought about the outline part since I have had difficulties in the past since I'm not a big planner for novels but have gotten better with them over the years.
I know most of my novel structures even with working on three novels this year. None of my ideas are brand new so I've at least thought about them for a few years. With the YA one, I know the least. That one will be harder for structure and outline (good thing we do more than one draft). I know some big moments but need to develop how they get there. With the romance ones, I know the structure for the most part.
It's good to think about different elements of the ideas all month long as that will help when it comes time to start writing.
