Noticing Newbies

I am Don Woodward or Mucker59. I have been a member off and on for quite a while. I attempt to write but fall short of asking for help or offering help. I have trouble interacting with others. I want to be a writer, which I have read often by other authors, and I am no different. I enjoy when and what I write, so I guess this matters. Whenever I blog, I say I will become more active, and over the years, I have noticed this is part of my routine. I start a project, get distracted, return to the project, and promise not to get distracted, etc. I am no different than many others who want to write and get stuck in a loop. Over time, we either get used to the loop and forget its meaning or accept defeat. Or, I could return again to say that I promise I won't get distracted this time and start a new project. So, I guess I will see where it goes from here.
