Writing:
Write 750 words a day (5250 words a week). I don't believe I wrote enough to make it to even 5K.
I did my Morning Pages each day. Ask for guidance in the pages themselves.
I did my check ins for Dragon Vale and Habit Heroes on a few days this week.
I did a contest entry for WDC - week 28 of I Write in 2024. (I am still one week behind)
Work on various projects - poetry and short story and a blog for WDC.
Participate in as many writing events as I am able:
Mon. 6 pm Accountability call with Julie and Rebecca
forgot as I was picking my mother up from a restaurant / bar.
Tues. 7:30 pm Word Whores; will do the replay for Enlivened's Mary Magdalene Revisited.

Reading:
Goodreads 2024 Reading Challenge: my goal for 35 books. I have read 23 books.
Work:
My summer schedule with my client - Thursdays from 10 to 4 pm.
Find a way to go through this year's work and file it. Do I need to purchase a new filing cabinet?
Health:
8K a day - managed only a couple of days.
Meditation - managed 4 or 5 sessions.
Water - drink at least 1000 ml a day. Struggled.
Body Groove - Groove Into Greatness - None
No eating after 8 pm. Struggled, I think
No screen time after 8 pm. Struggled I think
Continue to re-establish my bed time after time for closer to 10:30 pm. Managed to do this on a few nights.
Other:
Take out the Garbage, Green bin and Blue Recycling bin.
Take an Artist Date or a few if I can manage it. Went to the St. Jacobs Market and browsed up on the top floor - I bought a 3D dragon with her egg - Erthyl.
Continue to work on getting my Online presence back. Make a list of all the things I need to address. Still need to get on to this... I've been procrastinating and feeling overwhelmed.
Help mother manage her finances and other things. Yep.
